  • FREE SHIPPING via UPS Standard (Ground) within the 48 contiguous United States and 10 Canadian Provinces ONLY. Additional fees applied to shipments to AK, HI, PR, Canadian territories, and worldwide. *Please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote. 

    We may have to use USPS/Canada Post for lower grille orders with PO boxes. Canadian orders may be shipped using Canpar or Purolator if you are rural or in Eastern/Western Canada.

    All stainless grilles are made to order and take approximately 2-3 weeks to manufacture. If your custom grille is complex and requires a lot of revisions/approvals, this can be delayed. Only lower grilles ship next business day.

    When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Although the average UPS Standard transit time is an additional 1 to 3 working days, once a package leaves our shop, the transit time is completely out of our control. 

    After your order is delivered, it is extremely important to completely inspect your package and items for damage before signing while the delivery personnel is still there. You are solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting your items before signing any documentation. Carefully note any damage to your items or anything unusual on the Bill of Lading. Contact us immediately if there is any damage or irregularities.

     

    All orders shipped to the UNITED STATES pass through customs and may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, and associated assessments. These fees may include import duties, brokerage fees, value added taxes and customs processing fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The Boost-Bars charges do not include any of these fees. The customs fees and/or brokerage fees are usually charged by UPS at the time of delivery. ANY orders we ship that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. ALL Canadian orders are subject to applicable tax.

• Returns, Exchanges & Other Info

  • Returns

    Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee on orders under $100 (20% on orders over $100) deducted from the refunded amount without exception. Parts must be in new condition with their original unopened packaging, exactly as it was received, with all parts included. If any package needs to be returned, please contact us prior to shipping the item back for instructions. This is critical for ensuring no additional border charges are incurred which are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for organizing the return shipping. When you return any product(s), please kindly provide us with the tracking number. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 3 business days after delivery for product inspection and processing. Items broken during the return process are the customer’s responsibility. If the item(s) received are damaged, scratched or in other unacceptable conditions, we will keep the returned damaged item for a maximum of 1 month only and dispose or recycle the item(s) after. If your returned part(s) cannot be restocked as “new” we reserve the right to deny the return. We are not responsible for return postage unless the return is required due to our mistake, in which case we will email a pre-paid shipping label, restocking fee does not apply. **All custom orders are final sale** 

    Exchanges

    Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of retail price on orders under $100 (20% on orders over $100). Parts must be in brand new condition with their original unopened packaging, exactly as it was received, with all parts included. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way. If any package needs to be exchanged, please contact us prior to shipping the item back for instructions. This is critical for ensuring no additional border charges are incurred which are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for organizing the return shipping. When you return any product(s), please kindly provide us with the tracking number. An exchange will be issued after inspection of the returning item and the restocking fee has been processed. Items broken during the return process are the customer’s responsibility. If the item(s) received are damaged, scratched or in other unacceptable conditions, we will keep the returned damaged item for a maximum of 1 month only and dispose or recycle the item(s) after. If your returned part(s) cannot be restocked as “new” we reserve the right to deny the exchange.     Lost Items

    If you do not receive your item after delivery confirmation you may contact our team to start a claim with UPS. Please keep in mind that the investigation can take up to 5-8 business days from the time the claim is started. UPS will require your telephone number in order to gather more information needed. Refunds/replacements will not be given unless UPS approves the lost package claim.

    Damaged Items

    If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately with photos of your order contents, and the packaging it arrived in so we can begin a damage claim with UPS. Please hold on to the package while UPS attempts to pick up the damaged package (total of 3 attempts) for inspection. The investigation may take up to 5-8 business days. A replacement will be sent to you once the claim is filed. If you receive any damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), we will provide a pre-paid return label via email if needed. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item received.

    Missing Items

    If you believe that an item is missing from your order, please help by sending us a photo of your order contents, and the packaging it arrived in. We will work together with you to help make sure you receive the correct/missing parts right away. Any missing or damaged-in-transit parts must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Beyond that – we will not be responsible for such parts or any associated costs to deliver them.
