We may have to use USPS/Canada Post for lower grille orders with PO boxes. Canadian orders may be shipped using Canpar or Purolator if you are rural or in Eastern/Western Canada.
All stainless grilles are made to order and take approximately 2-3 weeks to manufacture. If your custom grille is complex and requires a lot of revisions/approvals, this can be delayed. Only lower grilles ship next business day.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Although the average UPS Standard transit time is an additional 1 to 3 working days, once a package leaves our shop, the transit time is completely out of our control.
After your order is delivered, it is extremely important to completely inspect your package and items for damage before signing while the delivery personnel is still there. You are solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting your items before signing any documentation. Carefully note any damage to your items or anything unusual on the Bill of Lading. Contact us immediately if there is any damage or irregularities.
All orders shipped to the UNITED STATES pass through customs and may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, and associated assessments. These fees may include import duties, brokerage fees, value added taxes and customs processing fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The Boost-Bars charges do not include any of these fees. The customs fees and/or brokerage fees are usually charged by UPS at the time of delivery. ANY orders we ship that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. ALL Canadian orders are subject to applicable tax.
